BAPUSS, as an associated member of the partner organization EU4ALL from Niš, Serbia, participated in the two-year Erasmus+ KA210 ADU project “Public Supported Capacity Development Program for Civil Society Workers,” together with civil society organizations and higher education institutions from Turkey, France, Spain, and Serbia.

At the first project meeting, held in Sakarya, Turkey, representatives of the BAPUSS Department of Business and Information Studies took part, establishing continuity in institutional participation and contributing perspectives from different academic fields within the project. Project activities continued over the following two years, with periodic reviews at joint meetings held in Paris and Belgrade.

As part of the successful cooperation established during earlier project activities, the BAPUSS Department of Arts and Design was also included in the project during the third meeting in Belgrade.

On that occasion, a visit to our department was organized, where participants from Turkey, France, and Spain were introduced to the working methods of the Department of Arts and Design. A series of workshops was conducted, designed and led by our teachers and students, enabling participants to gain insight into contemporary approaches in the fields of art, design, and education through hands-on practice.

The final meeting in Málaga was dedicated to summarizing the results of the two-year project, and the BAPUSS Department of Arts and Design was given the opportunity to represent the institution. During the meeting, partners participated in intensive trainings and workshops focused on organizational development, strategic management, digital transformation, and cooperation between the civil sector and the academic community. Through interactive sessions and the exchange of experiences, practical knowledge was developed and examples of good practice were shared.

This meeting further strengthened professional ties with partner organizations and opened space for the development of new project ideas and future cooperation.

Participation in the final meeting in Málaga confirms the importance of international collaboration and the active role of the BAPUSS Department of Arts and Design in European projects aimed at improving education and fostering the development of sustainable social initiatives.

Finally, sincere thanks were extended to the hosts and all partners for their excellent organization, inspiring exchange of knowledge, and the successful implementation of the project.

The final meeting in Málaga brought everything together — intensive trainings, idea exchange, and new perspectives on organizational development, digital transformation, and collaboration between academia and the civil sector.

But more than that — it strengthened partnerships, sparked new ideas, and opened doors for future projects.

Grateful to our hosts and partners for the knowledge, energy, and inspiration.
This is what international collaboration looks like.
